Online Store

When will my order ship?

Eager to know when your emoji-packed order will ship? 🚀 Get ready for sticker magic! Orders from our online store usually ship within 5-7 business days. If you've snagged a subscription alongside other goodies, your subscription follows its schedule, starting the month after purchase. The rest of your stash? It'll be on its way within that 5–7-day window. If your shipping confirmation hasn't arrived by then, ping us, and we'll sort it out pronto!

Out of Stock Items

Spot an emoji gem that's temporarily out of stock? Don't fret! We keep our Sticker Shop fresh every Monday. If an item's due for a comeback, it'll stay put. If not, it'll vanish the following Monday. Patience pays off; it can take up to 3 months for these treasures to return. While we don't offer restock notifications just yet, keep those peepers peeled on our shop for its glorious return!

Gift Note Inclusions

Stoked to gift some sticker love? 🎁 While we can't sneak in a note, don't worry! Spread the joy by sending one of our free printable cards from our blog. Your lucky giftee will be over the moon knowing sticker happiness is en route.

Return & Refund Policy

At, we're all about spreading happiness! If something doesn't quite tickle your fancy, no worries - we've got your back with our Happiness Guarantee. You've got 30 days to return any item for a refund (minus return shipping costs), as long as it's unused and in its original packaging.

Certain items, like those marked "All Sales Final" or included in our Sale and Clearance sections, are exempt from this policy and cannot be returned. Additionally, special collections and designer collaborations may have their own unique return guidelines.


Our Customer Service Squad is here to make the return process a breeze. Just reach out to us at to get started. Keep in mind that you're responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by our team.

We'll provide you with a pre-paid and pre-addressed USPS return label through our Returns Portal. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once the item is received.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items:

Received a damaged or incorrect item, or something was missing from your order? Don't fret - we'll make it right! Reach out to our Customer Service Squad at, and we'll promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping fees.

Please include a picture of the damaged or missing item in your email for our records.


Refunds will be processed via the original payment method, with shipping and handling costs being non-refundable. The return shipping fee will also be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise specified.

Once your return is received and processed, you'll receive an email confirmation detailing the items received and the refund value. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to appear in your account, and up to 2 billing cycles for it to reflect on your credit card statement.

Refunds with Gift Cards:

If your purchase was made using a Gift Card, you'll receive a refund in the form of an e-gift card for the full refund amount.

Order Cancellation:

Need to cancel an order? Shoot us an email at with your six-digit order number, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that we aim to answer all inquiries within 2-3 business days, but orders may ship as quickly as one business day. Teachers and military personnel, we've got special discounts just for you! Teachers enjoy 30% off every month of their subscription and 10% off all online store purchases. Military members receive 10% off every month of their subscription. Gift Cards:

Gift Cards are the perfect way to share sticker joy! After purchasing a gift card, you'll receive an email with redemption details. You can forward this email to the gift recipient or print it out for hand delivery. Please note that Gift Cards can only be used for Online Store or Brick + Mortar purchases and cannot be applied toward subscription purchases. To redeem, simply enter the gift code at checkout, and the recipient can check their balance anytime by logging into their account.
