Easy Returns:

If you're not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of the purchase date in its original new condition for an equal exchange or a full refund. It's as simple as that!

Making a Return:

To initiate a return, ensure your item meets the following criteria:

  • The return is within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The item is in its original new condition.

Once these conditions are met, contact us with your order number and reason for return at, and we'll guide you through the process to ensure your satisfaction.


Please note that products marked as "All Sales Final," along with any Sale and Clearance items like mystery bundles, are not eligible for return under this policy.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if something is missing from your order, please reach out to our Customer Service Squad at for immediate assistance. We'll promptly send a replacement item or offer a full refund, including any return shipping fees, for the affected item.


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless otherwise instructed by our Customer Service Squad.

Once your return is received and processed by, you'll receive an email confirmation detailing the items received, their condition, and the refund amount. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the credit to reflect in your account, and up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

Order Cancellation:

While we process orders promptly, you can request an order cancellation by emailing However, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, our Return and Exchange Policy applies.

Order Adjustments:

For subscription orders, adjustments can be made until the last day of any given month for the following month's pack. Please email our Customer Service Squad at to request an order adjustment before the cutoff date.
